My time at Waterscape started off full of potential due to the spacious unit and great layout for families, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by a few service issues and cleanliness problems. While some staff were friendly, a particular individual seemed overly strict, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the stay. The location was perfect for beach access, which I appreciated, but the cleanliness of the unit left much to be desired.

I had a disappointing experience at Waterscape Resort. The location was fantastic with easy beach access, but the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable. Management was not very responsive to our issues, which dampened our stay even further. While the pool area was enjoyable, I wouldn't recommend it, especially for families with young kids due to the lack of proper cleanliness and housekeeping.
