The Waterscape resort is perfect for families, with great pool options and direct beach access. However, the condition of our condo left much to be desired, with several maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns. While the location is convenient for activities, the actual unit didn't meet expectations for the price paid.

My time at Waterscape started off full of potential due to the spacious unit and great layout for families, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by a few service issues and cleanliness problems. While some staff were friendly, a particular individual seemed overly strict, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the stay. The location was perfect for beach access, which I appreciated, but the cleanliness of the unit left much to be desired.

I had a disappointing experience at Waterscape Resort. The location was fantastic with easy beach access, but the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable. Management was not very responsive to our issues, which dampened our stay even further. While the pool area was enjoyable, I wouldn't recommend it, especially for families with young kids due to the lack of proper cleanliness and housekeeping.

Our family trip to Waterscape was filled with fun, especially for the little ones, thanks to the abundance of pool options and fun water features. The condo layout was spacious, and we really appreciated the convenience of the beach access. However, we did find some of the pool areas quite crowded and struggled to find seating at times. Overall, it was a memorable vacation with lovely amenities.
